Types of fire-resistant glass are distinguished depending on the fire-resistance properties according to the time of reaching one or successively several standard signs of limit state: Е - loss of textural integrity, I – loss of thermal insulating capacity when heated, W – loss of thermal insulating capacity when exposed to heat radiation.
Fire-resistant glass produced by MODUL-C LTD. has high optical and performance characteristics such as: resistance to frost, thermal and sound insulation, safety and long-term serviceability. Moreover, depending on the fire-resistance index, this type of glass provides bullet resistance and explosion resistance of corresponding class.
